Your First Visit
A first visit is a time to get to know one another. You will be introduced to our doctors and staff and be led through our cutting edge dental clinic. We will take extra time with children to ensure they will be relaxed on this and future visits. We will discuss your immediate needs. All fees will be discussed in advance.
Usually, a first visit for a dental patient will include xrays and an initial exam. One of our doctors will examine the xrays of you or your child’s teeth then discuss anything that may need attention.
A first visit for an orthodontic or cosmetic dentistry patient will include discussing your unique smile and ways to improve it. We will discuss cost, treatment time and cases that are similar to yours so that you will understand what is achievable.
Help us by checking your email and filling out any required forms we have sent you prior to your arrival.
What to Expect with Insurance and Fees
We are in-network with Delta Dental PPO plans and will gladly submit insurance claims on your behalf as a courtesy.
Our team strives to provide accurate estimates of your patient portion prior to treatment; however, please note that final payment amounts are determined by your insurance company.
We collect anticipated copayments and patient portions on the day of your scheduled visit, and any remaining balance determined by your insurance carrier will be billed to you once your claim has been processed.
For patients with out-of-network plans, the information we receive about coverage and reimbursement is often limited, but we’ll always do our best to help you understand expected fees and benefits.
We also accept major credit cards for your convenience.
